There is no limit on the number of entries that can be submitted by a business or organisation and where relevant the same entry can be submitted into more than one category. Please note that the entry fee applies for every entry submitted.

All entries must be submitted by Friday 7 March 2025. Please note that by submitting your entry you agree that if you are shortlisted, a member of your organisation will available to attend the awards on Tuesday 24 June 2025. Please note that attending the awards does incur additional costs.

We ask that you submit your organisation’s logo as part of the entry process in an EPS or similar format. If your entry is successful your logo may be used as part of the onscreen graphics at the awards, awards programme (if successful), finalists download (if successful), along with all of the other finalists’ logos.

The contents of your entry may be used by Utility Week for our Awards brochures and as a case study for the Utility Week website. If there are any elements of the entry that you do not wish to be published, please let us know by writing '(confidential)' in the entry form by the confidential fact/figure - please note your whole entry cannot be confidential.

Judging takes place in April and the shortlist will be announced on the website in April 2025 (date to be confirmed). All entrants will also receive an email confirming whether their entry has been successful or not.

The winners announcement will be made at the awards night on Tuesday 24 June 2025. Winners are not notified prior to the awards ceremony.
